Toufik Achoui is a senior strategy and risk practitioner with over twenty two years of experience in intelligence led decision making across strategy, business intelligence, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and geopolitical and socio economic risk analysis, covering more than 23 countries. He has established the first intelligence unit within his organisation dedicated to stakeholders’ intelligence, using Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) to profile individuals and organisations for strategic positioning, influence, and decision making in complex operating environments.
As a trainer, Toufik brings a highly practical and analytical approach grounded in real world cases and lived operational experience. His training focuses on how OSINT driven intelligence methodologies can be systematically applied to assess actors, motivations, power structures, and behavioural traits. Participants are equipped to strengthen judgement in areas such as stakeholder engagement, negotiation preparation, influence mapping, risk assessment, and long term strategic foresight. Strong emphasis is placed on critical thinking, bias awareness, source validation, and ethical application.
Toufik’s facilitation style is pragmatic, structured, and interactive, ensuring participants leave with repeatable frameworks and techniques they can apply immediately in leadership assessment, stakeholder management, due diligence, security, and strategic planning contexts.
Understand stakeholders before you meet them. Identify country risks before they become problems. Toufik Achoui demonstrates how intelligence methods can be applied concretely in daily business operations..
