Trainer profile

Diana Wolf-Dolgner is Managing Director of MARKET & BEYOND, a management consultancy 

focusing on market intelligence, foresight and business innovation. Until end of 2016, she worked for  over 15 years as a senior executive with international groups (Rolls-Royce, Daimler / MTU  Friedrichshafen).

As Director Market & Economic Research, Future Management for Rolls-Royce Land  & Sea she was responsible for the systematic market and competitor analysis for the entire  international market.  After having successfully set up an international MI/CI analysis-team including  locations in Shanghai and Singapore, she established this as an important in-house consulting  function. She integrated the structured approach of megatrends and introduced future management  within the company. As an expert for MI/foresight, she is in demand at universities and management  institutes and is active in expert committees. Diana was recently appointed a member of the board  Diplomatic Council Mission Switzerland.
